At our first #BuildingLife webinar of 2021, we explore the whole life carbon roadmaps being developed by 10 European Green Building Councils (GBCs). Join us to discover how they can make lasting change to help deliver the European Commission Green Deal. We will also showcase WorldGBC’s new Whole Life Carbon Commitment pathway.

Our webinar is free and open to anyone who would like to learn how our network is calling on national governments and the European Commission to support bold and ambitious policies that address emissions across the entire lifecycle of a building.

#BuildingLife: Ten European Green Building Councils deliver the EU Green Deal by tackling the whole-life environmental impacts of the buildings sector

In the runup to COP26, WorldGBC is convening ten European Green Building Councils to galvanise climate action in the built environment through national and regional decarbonisation roadmaps.

The Green Building Councils spearheading the project are Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and the UK.

Tackling Europe’s climate and environmental collapse requires leadership and collaboration across the sector.
