Join the first World Green Building Council (WorldGBC) and UKGBC #BuildingToCOP26 Forum, where we will convene a powerful coalition of stakeholders and their associated networks to raise non-party ambition and action ahead of COP26.

Taking place 1-12 November 2021, COP26 will include the first ‘Cities & Built Environment Day’ since COP21 in 2015.

WorldGBC’s network and members of UK Green Building Council, other national Green Building Councils, and partner networks are invited to take part in the monthly #BuildingToCOP26 Forums.

The Forums will provide a monthly engagement platform for non-party actors (private sector, cities, states and regions) to support the organisation and promotion of the Cities & Built Environment Day, alongside the Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GlobalABC) and other key industry partners.

The #BuildingToCOP26 Forums will:

1. Share updates on WorldGBC and partner COP26 communications and announcements
2. Provide strategic insight into the development and progress of the #BuildingToCOP26 communications campaign, Cities & Built Environment Day, and sector campaign targets for Race To Zero inclusively
3. Provide insight into specific topics of relevance to the above, via monthly guest firestarter presentations
4. Enhance understanding of key stakeholder and sector goals to unlock opportunities for collaboration
